With the purchase of foundation panels and a boom truck in 2006, Swank Construction began pouring its own concrete foundations and floors. The independence has provided us with increased control over this phase of construction. We can now schedule jobs without relying on the availabiliy of a third party or counting on someone else to meet our high standards.
